反相乳液聚合为水溶性单体提供了一种具有高聚合速率和高相对分子量产物的聚合方法,在现代工业和民用等方面发挥了具大的作用,主要表现在水溶性高相对分子质量聚合物被广泛用于纺织工业中的粘合剂、石油及造纸工业中的絮凝剂、增稠剂和增强剂,以及在涂料、医药等行业的应用。实验采用反相乳液聚合法,研究以丙烯酸、煤油、N,N-亚甲基双羟丙烯酰胺为原料,合成高性能聚丙烯酸钠增稠剂。通过对中和度、聚合温度、煤油用量、交联剂用量、引发剂等多个条件实验的研究,得到了聚合的最佳工艺条件:中和度控制在75%,反应温度为50℃,煤油用量为丙烯酸量的0.5倍,交联剂用量0.2g,引发剂过硫酸铵和连二亚硫酸钠分别为丙烯酸量的1%和0.75%质量分数。采用最佳工艺条件合成所得产品聚丙烯酸钠性能优良,设备投资省,操作简便。

The optimal conditions for the polymerization were obtained through experiments on neutralization degree, polymerization temperature, the amount of kerosene, the amount of crosslinking agent, initiator and other conditions: the degree of neutralization was controlled at 75%, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, The amount of kerosene is 0.5 times the amount of acrylic acid, the amount of crosslinking agent 0.2g, initiator ammonium persulfate and sodium dithionite were 1% and 0.75% of the mass of acrylic acid. Adopting the best technological conditions, the resulting product is excellent in sodium polyacrylate, saving investment in equipment and easy operation.
