为明确三承气汤冲剂在腹部外科肠道准备中的应用效果，本研究从胃肠道检查前肠道预洁、结直肠手术前肠道准备和术前代替肥皂水灌肠等几方面，用三承气汤冲剂与目前临床上常用的方法进行了前瞻性对比分析。结果表明，用三承气汤冲剂行腹部外科肠道准备能达到满意的机械清肠效果和肠道除菌作用。口服三承气汤冲剂引起的消化道症状较少，各项观察指标均优于对照组，统计学上有显著差异。同时还具有调整肠功能、加快术后消化道功能恢复等作用，有别于单纯泻下剂的作用。说明三承气汤冲剂可用于腹部外科肠道准备。
In order to clarify the application effect of Sanchengqi Decoction in abdominal surgery for bowel preparation, this study used pre-intestinal examination of the gastrointestinal tract, bowel preparation before colorectal surgery, and preoperative soapy water enema. Sanchengqi Tang granules are prospectively compared with commonly used clinical methods. The results showed that the use of sanchengqitang granules for abdominal surgery intestinal preparation can achieve a satisfactory mechanical bowel effect and intestinal bactericidal effect. Oral administration of Sanchengqi Decoction caused less gastrointestinal symptoms, and all observational indicators were superior to the control group, with statistically significant differences. At the same time also has to adjust the bowel function, accelerate the recovery of postoperative digestive tract function, different from the role of simple purgative. Description Sanchengqi Tang granules can be used for abdominal surgery intestinal preparation.
