目的对不同采集季节、地点侧柏叶饮片质量进行考察。方法采用药典法对不同采集季节、地点侧柏叶饮片进行性状、TLC、水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、醇浸出物及槲皮苷含量检测。结果不同采集季节、地点侧柏叶饮片TLC均检出槲皮素,水分含量在2.99%~6.89%之间,总灰分含量在4.57%~6.18%之间,酸不溶性灰分含量0.15%~0.60%之间,醇溶性浸出物在23.24%~27.12%之间,槲皮苷含量在0.289%~0.477%之间。结论 12批侧柏叶饮片质量均符合药典标准,但不同季节、地点采集的侧柏叶饮片质量略有差异,建议药典侧柏叶饮片炮制项下进行修订。
Objective To investigate the quality of oriental arborvitae leaf cuttings in different seasons and locations. Methods The pharmacopoeia method was used to detect the contents of TLC, water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, alcohol extract and quercitrin in different season and place of collection. Results In different harvesting season, quercetin was detected by TLC in oriental arborvitae leaf slices with the moisture content between 2.99% and 6.89%, the total ash content between 4.57% and 6.18%, the acid-insoluble ash content between 0.15% and 0.60% Alcohol-soluble extract between 23.24% ~ 27.12%, quercitrin content between 0.289% ~ 0.477%. Conclusion The quality of the 12 batches of Pieris przewalskii leaf Pieces is in accordance with the standards of Pharmacopoeia, but there are slight differences in the quality of Pieris sinensis collected in different seasons and locations.
