以合成的网状聚氨酯为基,采用“同步”互穿聚合物网络化技术、引入甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合体系,通过改变聚氨酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯软硬段配比、软段中异氰酸酯和羟基比例以及交联密度等因素,合成了一系列互穿网络聚合物(IPNs),通过正交实验设计考察了各因素的影响递次,确定出最佳合成工艺,并采用频率响应法测定了材料的阻尼性能,用PE-TMA热分析仪检测其玻璃化转变温度区间。
