人力资源作为企业的重要组成部分,在公司的发展和运营中发挥着不可或缺的作用。而薪酬的水平则直接体现了上级领导对于人能力资源的重视程度,也是人力资源衡量自己价值的客观标准。许多企业因为对人力资源的不够重视,较低水平的薪酬导致人才外流,增加人力资源成本。很大程度上阻碍了企业的发展。本文针对企业人力资源薪酬管理的问题展开论述,并提出相对可行的建议,致力于设定合理的薪酬水平,促进企业发展。
As an important part of the enterprise, human resources play an indispensable role in the company’s development and operation. The level of remuneration directly reflects the higher level of emphasis on human resources, the level of human resources is an objective measure of their value. Many enterprises because of inadequate attention to human resources, lower levels of remuneration lead to brain drain, increase the cost of human resources. To a large extent hindered the development of enterprises. This paper discusses the issue of enterprise human resources compensation management and puts forward some feasible suggestions, devotes itself to setting a reasonable salary level and promoting enterprise development.
