本实验就空气负离子对大白鼠血SOD活性及MDA含量的影响进行了长期动态观察。结果显示负离子组大鼠血红细胞SOD活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并且二组SOD活性均随鼠龄的增长而减弱,只是负离子组的减弱速度和程度比对照组缓和得多(P<0.01),表明空气负离子可有效地延缓SOD活性随鼠龄减弱的变化。另一方面,负离子组大鼠血浆MDA含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),并且二组MDA含量均随鼠龄的增长而增高,只是负离子组的增高速度与幅度比对照组缓和得多(P<0.05),表明空气负离子可有效地延缓MDA含量随鼠龄增高的变化。
In this experiment, long-term dynamic observation of the effect of air negative ion on the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in blood of rats was carried out. The results showed that the SOD activity of erythrocytes of negative ion group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the activity of SOD of the two groups decreased with the increase of the age of the rats, but the decreasing speed and extent of negative ion group were much more than that of the control group P <0.01), indicating that air negative ions can effectively delay the activity of SOD with the weakened changes. On the other hand, the content of MDA in the negative ion group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the content of MDA in both groups increased with the increase of the age of the rats, but the increase rate and amplitude of the negative ion group were more relaxed than that of the control group (P <0.05), indicating that air negative ions can effectively delay the MDA content increased with age.
