许多工业控制对象具有纯滞后的动态特性,常规PID控制方式对这类对象显得无能为力。根据离散卷积原理,本文提出一种新的预报控制算法——响应系数预报控制。文中阐述了该算法的依据,给定了预报计算公式。对四种具有典型意义的纯滞后传递函数,进行了计算机仿真计算与分析。结果表明,预报响应与实际响应完全一致。文中还比较了这四种对象在常规PID控制与响应系数预报控制下的动态响应的差异。
Many industrial control objects have a pure hysteresis dynamic behavior, and conventional PID control methods do not work well for such objects. According to the principle of discrete convolution, this paper proposes a new algorithm of forecast control - response coefficient forecast control. In this paper, the basis of this algorithm is expounded, given the forecast formula. Four kinds of typical purely hysteretic transfer functions are calculated and analyzed by computer simulation. The results show that the forecast response is consistent with the actual response. The paper also compares the dynamic response of these four objects under the control of conventional PID control and response coefficient forecasting.
