前言气体激光技术自61年问世以来,发展极为迅速,受到许多国家的极大重视。特别是近两年,以二氧化碳为主体工作物质的分子气体激光器的进展更为神速,已成为气体激光器中最有发展前途的器件。
Introduction Gas laser technology has been developing rapidly since its publication in 61 years and has drawn great attention from many countries. Especially in the past two years, the development of molecular gas lasers using carbon dioxide as the main working substance has progressed even more rapidly and has become the most promising device in gas lasers.
