在新的历史时期,加强社会建设必须激发社会组织活力,社会组织运作效率的提高必须依赖作为第一资源的人才资源。然而,社会组织中的人才资源效能并未得到充分发挥,薪酬待遇问题是制约发展的重要“瓶颈”。本文主要围绕社会组织人才的薪酬激励问题进行政策研究。
In the new historical period, it is imperative to stimulate the vitality of social organizations by strengthening social construction. The improvement of the operational efficiency of social organizations must rely on the human resources as the primary resource. However, the efficiency of human resources in social organizations has not been brought into full play. The issue of remuneration and treatment is an important bottleneck restricting development. This article mainly focuses on the policy of social compensation for the incentive of personnel in organizations.
