我廳為了摸清一般中學工作的基本情況,於一九五三年十一月初組織了視察組,重點地視察了黄縣二中,蓬萊一中和濰縣中學,並在烟台、濰坊市召集中等學校校長,彙報了學校教學改進情況,又參觀了幾個學校的課堂教學。下面就是發現的領導教學的一些經驗及存在的幾個問題。 領導教學的經驗一、積極學習業務,變外行為內行近年來我省中等學校有很大的發展,因而在學校領導幹部中轉業的幹部數量大為增加。他們絕大部分是從黨政部門轉來的(有分區委書記、縣教育科長、縣府秘書等),政治水平較高,工作積極、热情,但文化水平低,業務生疏。因此調到學校工作的初期,有些同志有臨時觀點,並要求調换工作。經過領導上反覆地鼓励,才下定决心從頭學起。由於一年多的刻苦鑽研,這些同志對業務已逐漸熟悉,工作也安心了。例如蓬萊一中宋協周校長,過去長期任縣
