Whether the historical world of human life has the story style as the narrative text presents is a theoretical issue that has drawn wide attention. Under the broad theoretical context of contemporary Western philosophical historyism, this article takes into account both the positive and the negative views on this issue in the light of the fact that the events occurring in the life history inherently have the plot and the beginning and the end; more important Is that based on the interactive relationship between narrative comprehension and practical activity, the claim that history has a potentially story-oriented structure can be justified in theory. Of course, the underlying story of history depends on the historical narratives that give it its reality.
