倍半萜内酯具有一些重要的生物活性,如抑制细胞生长、抗肝毒、降血糖、抗炎、解痉和抗凝等。作者曾报道从巴雷艾Artemisiabarrelieri中分离出的几种倍半萜内酯具有松弛骨骼肌和平滑肌的作用。本文报道这几个化合物抗大鼠炎症的活性。从巴雷艾的地上部分离到barrelierin(1)、artemalin(2)和barrelin(3)三个倍半萜内酯由barelin经锌和醋酸还原得到脱氧艾蒿素deoxyvulagrin(4)。给雄性大鼠(120~150g)分别腹腔注射以上各化合物,1h后于大鼠右后足趾皮下注射0.05ml新鲜配制的3%角叉菜胶生理盐水,于1、2、3、5、7h后分别测其足趾体积。实验结果表明,化合物1、2、3均具有抗炎活性,其中化合物3活性最
Sesquiterpene lactones have some important biological activities, such as inhibiting cell growth, anti-hepatotoxicity, hypoglycemic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and anticoagulant. The authors have reported that several sesquiterpene lactones isolated from Artemisia barrelieri have the effect of relaxing skeletal muscle and smooth muscle. This article reports the anti-inflammatory activity of these compounds against rats. Three sesquiterpene lactones, barrelierin(1), artemalin(2), and barrelin(3), were isolated from the aerial parts of Barreenia and reduced by barelin with zinc and acetic acid to give deoxyvulagrin(4). Male rats (120-150 g) were intraperitoneally injected with each of the above compounds, and 1 hour later, 0.05 ml of freshly prepared 3% carrageenan physiological saline was subcutaneously injected into the right hind foot toes at 1, 2, 3, and 5, respectively. After 7 hours, the toe volume was measured. The experimental results show that compounds 1, 2 and 3 all have anti-inflammatory activity, of which compound 3 has the most activity.
