目的为了探讨营养状态经促生长激素轴远端部分对生长的调控作用.方法 通过对年龄8~12岁的24例肥胖儿童及24例正常儿童的身高、生长速度、体重及生长激素远端部分一生长激素结合蛋白(GNBP)进行观测.结果 血清GHBP在肥胖儿童明显高于正常体重儿童.肥胖男孩的身高、身高标准差分(HtsDs)及生长速度(GV)明显高于正常男孩,体重指数(BMI)与生长速度及 HtsDs呈正相关,GHBP与身高生长速度、HtsDs及BMI正相关.肥胖女孩身高、身高标准差(HtsDs)及生长速度与正常女孩无明显差异.BMI与生长速度及HtsDs无相关关系,GHBP与身高生长速度及BMI正相关.正常体重女孩血清GHBP明显高于正常体重男孩,但肥胖男孩与女孩间GHBP无明显差异.结论 营养状态也可通过 GH轴受体途径对生长产生调控作用,支持了营养对生长的正性调节作用.
Objective To investigate the regulation of nutrition status by the growth of the distal part of somatotropin.Methods The height, growth rate, body weight and growth hormone of 24 obese children and 24 normal children aged 8-12 years (GNBP) were measured.Results Serum GHBP was significantly higher in obese children than in normal weight children.The obese boys had significantly higher height, height standard deviation (HtsDs) and growth rate (GV) than normal boys, with body mass index BMI) was positively correlated with the growth rate and HtsDs, and GHBP was positively correlated with height growth rate, HtsDs and BMI.The obese girls had no significant differences in height, height standard deviation (HtsDs) and growth rate compared with normal girls.The BMI had no correlation with growth rate and HtsDs GHBP was positively correlated with height growth rate and BMI.The serum GHBP of normal weight girls was significantly higher than that of normal weight boys.However, there was no significant difference in GHBP between obese boys and girls.Conclusion Nutritional status can also regulate the growth through GH-receptor pathway Role in supporting the positive regulation of nutrition on growth.
