目的 本研究的目的是对比青光眼治疗前后的视网膜神经纤维层改变。方法 用光学相干断层扫描仪对160只原发开角型青光眼治疗前后的视网膜神经纤维层厚度进行测量,治疗後平均追踪8个月(2~13个月)。结果 治疗前后视网膜神经纤维层厚度分别是67.5μm和77.3μm(P>0.05)。治疗前后的平均眼压分别是26mmHg和14mmHg(P<0.01)。结论 结果提示治疗前後的原发开角型青光眼的 视网膜神经纤维层厚度有所增加,但对比治疗前的视网膜神经纤维层厚度,其改变无显著性意义,尽管治疗后眼压有意义地明显下降。
Purpose The purpose of this study was to compare changes in the retinal nerve fiber layer before and after glaucoma treatment. Methods The thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer before and after treatment of 160 primary open-angle glaucoma was measured by optical coherence tomography. The average follow-up time was 8 months (range 2-13 months). Results The thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer before and after treatment were 67.5 μm and 77.3 μm, respectively (P> 0.05). Mean intraocular pressure before and after treatment were 26 mmHg and 14 mmHg, respectively (P <0.01). Conclusions The results suggest that the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer in primary open-angle glaucoma increased before and after treatment, but there was no significant change in the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer before treatment, although the IOP decreased significantly after treatment .
