本文主要研究晒红烟烟碱含量,结果表明:①烟碱含量与品种的农艺性状有关,即与株高、茎围、叶数呈负相关,与节距、腰叶长宽比呈正相关。③烟碱含量与烟叶成熟期的气象因素有关,即与积温、日照时数呈正相关,与降雨量呈负相关。③烟碱含量与栽培措施有关,即随打顶期的提早、留叶数的减少、施氮肥的增加而增多。④烟碱含量的变化规律:烟碱含量在苗期随烟苗的生长逐渐增多,在大田生长期表现减少,打顶以后则明显增多,到过熟期逐渐减少。不同部位烟叶烟碱含量,在大田生长期自下而上逐渐减少,在成熟期自下而上逐渐增多,在过熟期无明显规律。

Nicotine content in different parts of the tobacco leaves decreased gradually from bottom to top in the field growth stage, but gradually increased from bottom to top in the mature stage, with no obvious regularity in the overmature stage.
