1.沈阳重型机器厂、沈阳铸造研究所、本钢南芬第二机修厂共同研制的ZG30CrMnSiMoTi耐磨铸钢衬板于10月7日~9日在沈阳进行鉴定,会议由一机部重型矿山局主持。会议认为该材质衬板经多年试验研究及工业性运转实践证明:①研磨有色金属矿料,其使用寿命较1975年高锰钢提高50%;②研磨黑色金属矿料较高锰钢提高16~26%:故该材质适用于普氏硬度8~12,也可以在14~16的有色、黑色金属矿料的研磨或其他低冲击负荷下代高锰钢制作耐磨零件。③批量生产时减少能源消耗,生产成本较高锰钢降低8%。会议希望不断完善其生产工艺,以扩大应用范围。

The meeting hopes to continuously improve its production technology to expand the scope of application.
