目的了解海南省发热病人中感染斑点热群立克次体的状况。方法利用巢氏PCR方法,检测海南省2009-2010年医院送检的117份不明原因发热病人血标本的groEL基因的特异性片段,对所检测到的部分阳性结果进行序列测定,并进行聚类分析,分析海南省斑点热群立克次体优势株的流行情况。结果从117份发热病人血标本中发现有18份groEL阳性,取12份groEL阳性核酸产物进行测序,7份核酸序列基本一致。结论海南省发热病人中持续存在斑点热群立克次体感染的状况,应加强对斑点热的实验室检测能力,为其防治提供有力依据。
Objective To understand the status of rickettsia in spotted fever group in febrile patients in Hainan Province. Methods The nested PCR method was used to detect the specific fragments of groEL gene in 117 blood samples from patients with unexplained fever in hospitals in Hainan Province from 2009 to 2010. The positive results were sequenced and clustered Analysis and analysis of the epidemic situation of dominant species of Rickettsia in spotted heat group in Hainan Province. Results A total of 18 groEL positive samples were found in blood samples of 117 patients with fever, and 12 groEL positive nucleic acid products were sequenced. The seven nucleic acid sequences were basically the same. CONCLUSIONS: The status of Rickettsia gonorrhoeae infection persisting in the febrile patients in Hainan Province should be strengthened, and laboratory tests on spot fever should be strengthened to provide a strong basis for their prevention and treatment.
