控制海面溢油对于保护环境和减少经济损失是非常重要的,监测海面溢油是遥感技术的一个重要应用方面。利用美国对地观测系统卫星EOS的AMSR-E微波辐射计探测资料,结合阈值梯度算法和基于R-L分数阶微分梯度算子边缘提取算法,提出了基于微波辐射计的海面溢油监测算法,并以2010年发生在墨西哥湾的漏油事件为例,进行了溢油范围反演研究,得到了较好的实验验证结果。
Controlling oil spill on the sea surface is very important for protecting the environment and reducing economic losses. Monitoring oil spill on the sea surface is an important application of remote sensing technology. Based on the detection data of the AMSR-E microwave radiometer from the satellite EOS of the US Earth Observation System (EOS), a sea surface oil spill monitoring algorithm based on the microwave radiometer is proposed based on the threshold gradient algorithm and the RL fractional differential gradient operator edge extraction algorithm. Taking the oil spill incident in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010 as an example, the oil spill area inversion study was conducted, and the better experimental verification results were obtained.
