本文从人员能级结构角度出发,通过对上海医科大学儿科医院1989年在职的553名医、护、技专业人员结构现状的分析,发现本院医、护、技队伍在年龄结构、职业类别结构上不合理,从而影响了整体结构的合理性。为了不断适应工作任务的需要,通过分析,力求找出一个在近期内较适宜的比例结构,在聘任、晋升和考核上提出实施对策,改进不足,保证各类各级专业技术人员的合理使用,正常更新和发展。
From the perspective of the structure of human energy level, this paper analyzes the status quo of the structure of 553 medical, nursing, and technical professionals serving in the pediatric hospital of Shanghai Medical University in 1989, and finds that the medical, nursing, and technical teams of the hospital are involved in the age structure and occupational structure.
