本试验研究了景天花柄、花萼等组织在MS加BA_2加IAA0.1—2.0培养基上,诱导出愈伤组织,分化形成丛生芽,进而发育成大量再生植株,并能连续继代繁殖。另外,在此培养基上,再生植株的茎、叶也能获得大量再生植株,也能连续继代大量繁殖。景天为常用中药材,具有清热、解毒、止血、消炎等功效。本试验研究的目的,是为保护景天资源,加速景天繁殖,提供新的途径。
In this experiment, the stems and the calyxes of Sedum were treated with MS plus BA_2 plus IAA0.1-2.0 medium to induce the callus and differentiate into clusters of buds, which then developed into a large number of regenerated plants and could continue to multiply. In addition, in this medium, regenerated plants stems and leaves can also be a large number of regenerated plants, but also a large number of successive generations of breeding. Sedum common Chinese herbal medicines, with heat, detoxification, bleeding, anti-inflammatory effect. The purpose of this study is to provide a new avenue for the protection of Sedum resources and the promotion of Sedum.
