放射性直肠炎是妇科肿瘤放射治疗后常见的并发症。发病率为4.6～37%,且放射性直肠炎发病率随直肠接受放射剂量的增加而增加。一旦出现,目前尚缺乏满意的治疗方法。我院从1989年2月开始应用自制的栓剂治疗放射性直肠炎50例,取得较为满意的疗效。现介绍如下:
Radiation proctitis is a common complication after radiotherapy of gynecologic tumors. The incidence rate of 4.6 ~ 37%, and the incidence of radiation proctitis increased with the increase of rectal radiation dose. Once there, the current lack of satisfactory treatment. Our hospital from February 1989 began to use homemade suppositories for the treatment of radiation proctitis in 50 cases, and achieved more satisfactory results. Now introduced as follows:
