介绍了在实验室中进行球磨介质研究与优化的方法。以精确化装补球理论基础为依据,根据所选矿石的力学性质,精确地计算出初装球的球径和球比,最终确定了70∶50∶40∶30=20∶30∶20∶30的磨机初装球比方案。该方案与现厂方案相比,磨矿产品细度显著提高,而且产品粒度组成趋于合理,进而提高了浮选过程指标。
Introduced in the laboratory for milling media research and optimization methods. Based on the theory of precise ball-filling, according to the mechanical properties of the selected ore, the ball diameter and the ball ratio of the first ball are precisely calculated, and the final 定70:50:40:30 = 20:30: 20:30 mill ball first than the program.
