论述了蜗轮滚刀全参数化计算机辅助设计软件中有关滚刀各部分尺寸计算、自动生成零件图、切齿仿真、被切蜗轮与蜗杆啮合仿真的实现方法.全参数化绘图可在较短时间内快速、高质量地完成多方案的对比设计,采用布尔运算实现的动态切齿仿真与啮合仿真具有程序编制简练、切齿精度高、仿真效果好等优点.
This paper discusses how to calculate the dimensions of each part of the hob, the part diagram of the automatic generation, the gear cutting simulation and the meshing simulation of the worm gear and the worm gear in the full parameterized CAD software of worm hob. Fully parameterized drawing can finish the comparative design of multiple schemes quickly and with high quality in a relatively short period of time. The dynamic gear cutting and meshing simulation using Boolean operation has the advantages of concise programming, high precision of cutting teeth and good simulation effect.
