目的　在非窥视下应用气压弹道碎石技术治疗泌尿系结石。方法　用国产气压弹道碎石机 ,在非窥视下将肾脏巨大结石、鹿角状结石及前尿道大结石击碎后分块取出。结果　本组肾脏巨大结石 1例 ,鹿角状结石 7例 ,均一次碎石成功 ,随访 3个月～ 2年 ,小结石残留 1例。患肾功能较术前改善。尿道结石随访 1～ 2年 ,均排尿通畅 ,无尿道狭窄发生。结论　该术式安全 ,损伤小 ,疗效确切。 Objective Non-peeping application of pneumatic lithotripsy for urinary stones. Methods Domestic pneumatic lithotripsy machine, in the non-peep under the huge kidney stones, antlers and large anterior urethral stones crushed after removal. Results In this group, there were 1 case of giant kidney stones and 7 cases of antlers. All the stones were successfully graded. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years and 1 case was left with small stones. Preoperative renal dysfunction improved. Urinary tract stones were followed up for 1 to 2 years, were voiding patency, no urethral stricture occurred. Conclusions The technique is safe, less damaging and effective.
