利用高温熔滴炉模拟实际高炉软熔带的运行情况,对高炉使用焦炭的热态性能进行分析,探讨了不同反应性的焦炭加入后对炉料软化温度、熔化温度、最大压差,熔滴综合指标等高温物理性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着焦炭反应性的增加,炉料软化开始温度t_(10)降低,由1 220降低到1 112℃,降低了108℃;压差陡升温度t_s降低,由1 306降低到1 268℃,降低了38℃;最大压差Δp_(max)增大,由8.62增加到11.05 k Pa,料层透气性变差;熔滴综合指标S值增大,由680增加到820 k Pa·℃,熔滴性能变差。
In this paper, the hot blast furnace is used to simulate the operation of the actual blast furnace refractories, and the thermal performance of the blast furnace coke is analyzed.
