目的:研究微波法提取玉竹总皂苷的最佳工艺条件。方法:以玉竹提取干浸膏中总皂苷的含量为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验法对微波法提取玉竹总皂苷的工艺条件进行优化。结果:确定玉竹总皂苷微波提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数50%、微波提取时间10min、料液比1:20(g/mL)、提取次数3次、微波功率400W,该条件下提取的玉竹总皂苷的平均含量为5.414mg/g。结论:优选得到的微波提取工艺简单易行,稳定性好。
Objective: To study the optimum extraction conditions of total saponins from Polygonatum by microwave method. Methods: The content of total saponin extracted from dried extract of Polygonatum odoratum was used as evaluation index, and the process conditions of Polygonatum saponins extracted by microwave method were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. Results: The optimum conditions for microwave extraction of total saponins of Polygonatum odoratum were 50% ethanol, 10 min microwave extraction, 1:20 (g / mL) solid-liquid ratio, 3 times extraction and 400 W microwave power. The average content of total saponins extracted was 5.414mg / g. Conclusion: The optimal microwave extraction process is simple and easy to operate with good stability.
