电极加热蒸馏水装置的水位自动调节和控制,是通过一对上、下水位控制电极和两只继电器实现的。当水位低于下电极时,继电器 J_1释放,继电器 J_2闭合。装在继电器 J_2上的加水开关打开,冷却水的一部分,使流入蒸馏瓶中。当水位升到与上电极接触时,继电器 J_1闭合,继电器 J_2释放,水开关关闭。这样,蒸馏瓶中的水位始终控制在上、下水位电极之间。
Electrode heating distilled water device automatically adjusts and controls the water level through a pair of upper and lower water level control electrodes and two relays. When the water level is lower than the lower electrode, the relay J_1 is released and the relay J_2 is closed. A water switch mounted on relay J_2 opens and cools a portion of the water to flow into the distillation flask. When the water level rises to contact with the upper electrode, the relay J_1 is closed, the relay J_2 is released, and the water switch is turned off. In this way, the water level in the distillation bottle is always controlled between the upper and lower water level electrodes.
