卷须霉素(Capreomycin)是在1960年从卷须链丝菌(Streptomyces Capreolus)的培养液中分离而得。它包含4个成分、即卷须霉素ⅠA、ⅠB、ⅡA、ⅡB,均为具生化活性的多肽,其理化性能相似。卷须霉素Ⅰ占80~90%,水解后可得5种氨基酸:丙氨酸,丝氨酸,α、β-二氨基丙酸,β-赖氨酸及α-(2-亚胺六氢-4-嘧啶基)-甘氨酸。卷须霉素Ⅱ占10~20%,与Ⅰ不同之点在于水解后无β-赖氨酸。Ⅰ与Ⅱ的紫外光谱是相似的,吸收峰在0.05NHCl溶液中为268毫微米,在0.05N KOH中为283毫微米。
Capreomycin was isolated from a culture of Streptomyces Capreolus in 1960. It contains four components, that is, biochaemycin Ⅰ A, Ⅰ B, Ⅱ A, Ⅱ B, are biochemically active peptides, their physical and chemical properties similar. Bioconjugate Ⅰ is 80-90%, and five amino acids are hydrolyzed: alanine, serine, α, β-diaminopropionic acid, β-lysine and α- - pyrimidinyl) -glycine. The nystatin II accounts for 10 to 20%, different from Ⅰ is that there is no β-lysine after hydrolysis. The UV spectra of I and II are similar and the absorption peak is 268 nm in 0.05 N HCl solution and 283 nm in 0.05 N KOH.
