目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及微血管密度(MVD)在垂体腺瘤中的表达及其与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术检测30例垂体腺瘤(其中侵袭性17例,非侵袭性13例)标本和3例正常脑组织中OPN、MMP-9及MVD的表达。结果垂体腺瘤侵袭组OPN、MMP-9及MVD的表达水平显著高于非侵袭组(P<0.05);OPN、MMP-9及MVD在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达互为正相关(P<0.01)。结论垂体腺瘤的侵袭性可能与其上调表达OPN、MMP-9及MVD有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin (OPN), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), and microvessel density (MVD) in pituitary adenomas and its relationship with the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of OPN, MMP-9 and MVD in 30 cases of pituitary adenomas (17 invasive and 13 non-invasive) and 3 normal brain tissues. Results The expression of OPN, MMP-9 and MVD in the pituitary adenoma invasive group was significantly higher than that in the non-invasive group (P<0.05). The expression of OPN, MMP-9 and MVD in invasive pituitary adenomas were positively correlated with each other (P <0.01). Conclusion The invasiveness of pituitary adenoma may be related to the up-regulation of expression of OPN, MMP-9 and MVD.
