介绍了双级行星传动截割部的设计过程,利用遗传算法对截割部进行了优化计算,得到了行星传动系统截割部的最优解。同时提升了行星减速器的设计水平,合理地布置了破碎滚筒、动力传动等结构,在很大程度上提升了采煤机的使用性能。
The design process of the two-stage planetary transmission cutting unit is introduced. The optimal calculation of the cutting unit is carried out by genetic algorithm, and the optimal solution of the planetary transmission system cutting unit is obtained. At the same time, it improves the design level of the planet reducer and arranges the structures such as crushing drum and power transmission rationally, which greatly improves the performance of shearer.
