本文对Fe~(3+)与磺基水杨酸(简写为S_(Sal)),在pH=5左右主要形成Fe(S_(Sal))_2~-桔红色络合物,用于分光光度法测定铁的条件进行了探讨。试验表明,控制溶液的pH=4.5~5.5,尽管不能获得完全单一的Fe(S_(Sal))_2~-桔红色络合物,但在460nm处,可测得稳定的吸光度。 本文所推荐的方法操作简便,适合于一般水泥及其原材料中(钛含量在0.6%以下)铁的测定,特别适用于磷灰石中铁的测定。可避免在强氨性介质中进行操作。所得结果与络合滴定法和原子吸收法相符合。
Fe (3+) and sulfosalicylic acid (S - (Sal) for short) formed Fe (S_ (Sal)) _2 ~ - orange complex mainly at pH = 5, Determination of iron conditions were discussed. The experimental results show that the pH value of the solution is controlled to be 4.5-5.5. Although a completely single Fe (S_ (Sal)) _2 ~ - orange complex can not be obtained, a stable absorbance can be measured at 460 nm. The method recommended in this paper is simple and easy to operate, suitable for the determination of iron in general cement and its raw materials (titanium content below 0.6%), especially for the determination of iron in apatite. Avoid handling in strong ammonia media. The results obtained are in agreement with complexometric and atomic absorption methods.
