本文针对大型除灰泵曲轴断裂问题,在优化计算确定的合理工况下,利用三维有限元方法,通过计算机对除灰泵曲轴的静强度和刚度以及疲劳强度进行了计算。其结果和实际相吻合,证明了计算的正确性。通过计算分析,提出了解决除灰泵曲轴断裂问题的措施。
In this paper, according to the problem of crankshaft breakage of large ash pump, the static and dynamic stiffness and fatigue strength of the ash-removing pump crankshaft are calculated by the computer using the three-dimensional finite element method under the rational conditions determined by optimization calculation. The result is in agreement with the actual result, which proves the correctness of the calculation. Through calculation and analysis, put forward to solve the ash pump crankshaft rupture problem measures.
