1.倒挡缸裂纹现象我公司生产的某批ZL50型装载机动力换挡变速器投入使用后,一度出现倒挡缸开裂故障率偏高现象。检查发现,开裂部位位于缸体根部的过渡圆角处。针对该批变速器倒挡缸开裂问题,我们进行了分析并提出解决方案。2.倒挡缸结构与原理该变速器倒挡缸由缸体1和活塞2组成,如附图所示。缸体1和活塞2为环形结构。当变速操纵阀的阀杆置于倒挡位置时,变速操纵阀的压力油通过变速器箱体上的倒挡油孔,进入倒挡缸缸体1的环形缸筒内,推动活塞2移动,以切换为倒挡。
