目的:观察头花蓼水提液对感染性结石模型大鼠尿液pH值的影响。方法:将SD雄性大鼠分为空白组、感染石造模组和头花蓼高、中、低剂量组。头花蓼高、中、低剂量组大鼠在造模成功后第2天起,分别每天以头花蓼原汁1.5 mL/100 g、1.0 mL/100 g、0.5 mL/100 g的头花蓼水提液灌胃,每天2次,为期2周。每天监测各组大鼠的尿液pH值。结果:头花蓼各剂量组大鼠在造模后经过灌胃给药,术后第2天到第14天,尿液pH值呈逐渐下降趋势。感染石造模组大鼠在造模后因无特殊干预措施,尿液pH值维持在一个较高的碱性状态。空白组大鼠无手术干预,也没有药物灌胃,予正常饲养,尿液pH值维持正常。感染石造模组尿液pH值与空白组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),提示感染石造模组大鼠的尿液发生了碱化。头花蓼各剂量组大鼠尿液pH值与感染石造模组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),提示不同剂量的头花蓼水提液均对感染性结石造模大鼠的尿液有明显的酸化作用。低剂量组尿液pH值与中、高剂量组比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),提示不同剂量的头花蓼水提液对尿液pH的影响作用差异较小。结论:头花蓼水提液对大鼠尿液有明显酸化作用,具有防治感染性结石的功效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Polygonum hydropiper aqueous extract on the urine pH of rats with infectious calculus. Methods: SD male rats were divided into blank group, infected stone model group and Polygonum capitatum high, medium and low dose groups. Polygonum capitatum high, medium and low dose groups on the second day after the success of modeling, respectively, daily Polygonatum juice 1.5 mL / 100 g, 1.0 mL / 100 g, 0.5 mL / 100 g of Polygonum capitatum Water extract gavage, 2 times a day for 2 weeks. There was no surgical intervention in the blank group, no drug was given to the stomach, normal feeding and urine pH remained normal. Infection stone model urine pH value compared with the blank group, the difference was very significant (P <0.01), suggesting that infection stone model rats urine alkalization occurred. The results showed that there was significant difference between the pH value of urine and the model group of infected stone in each dose of Polygonum capitatum (P <0.01), suggesting that different doses of Polygonum hydropiper water extract all made the infectious stone Rat urine has obvious acidification. There was no significant difference between the low-dose group and the middle- and high-dose groups (P> 0.05), suggesting that the effects of different doses of aqueous extract of Polygonum hydropiper on urine pH had little difference. Conclusion: Polygonum hydropiper aqueous extract of rat urine has obvious acidification, with the efficacy of prevention and treatment of infectious stones.
