全国成人高校学报系统联络中心第三次会员代表大会暨学术研讨会于2001年7月19日至24日在贵阳市召开。会议由贵州警官职业学院承办。该院副院长、本次会议领导小组组长刘鹏主持开幕式。参加会议的代表共94人,其中,各院校负责人12人。中国人文社会科学学报学会副理事长张积玉编审出席会议并代表总会和龙协涛理事长讲话;贵州省公安厅副厅长、党委副书记李代胜、省教育厅副厅长吴大华、贵州警官职业学院党委书记、院长赵翔出席开幕式并讲话;省委宣传部、省新闻出版局有关部门负责人、省高校学报研究会正、副会长等出席了开幕式。会议宣读了全国成高学报系统联络中心名誉主任、中国工运学
The Third Congress of National Systemical Contact Center for Academic Journals of National Universities and Symposium was held in Guiyang from July 19 to July 24, 2001. Meeting by the Guizhou Vocational College of Police contractor. Vice president of the hospital, Liu Peng, leader of the meeting leading group presided over the opening ceremony. A total of 94 delegates attended the conference, of whom 12 were heads of institutions. Zhang Jiyu, vice president of Chinese Society of Humanities and Social Sciences compiled a hearing to attend the meeting and represent the General Assembly and Long Xiantao, director of the speech; deputy director of Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department, deputy party secretary Li Daisheng, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Education Wu Dahua, Guizhou Police Vocational College Party secretary and president Zhao Xiang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
