利用TG -DTG方法研究了聚 (p-DEB)在氮气和空气气氛中的热分解过程和动力学。实验发现 ,在氮气中其热分解反应为一步反应 ,热分解速率较低 ,热分解温度随升温速率 β的增加而线性增加 ,在730℃下残碳率高达 87% ;而在空气中其热分解反应则由多步组成 ,热分解速率较快 ,热分解温度偏低 ,升温速率对热分解温度影响不大 ,在 6 0 0℃下聚合物已完全分解。在氮气和空气中聚合物的热分解反应均为一级反应 ,其热分解活化能分别为 2 1 3.5 8kJ/mol和 2 38.6 7kJ/mol;其 6 0s寿命温度分别为 6 2 4℃和 473℃。
The pyrolysis process and kinetics of poly (p-DEB) in nitrogen and air were studied by TG-DTG method. It was found that the thermal decomposition reaction was a one-step reaction in nitrogen and the thermal decomposition rate was low. The thermal decomposition temperature increased linearly with the increase of the heating rate β, and the residual carbon rate was as high as 87% at 730 ℃. While in the air, The decomposition reaction is composed of multi-steps, thermal decomposition rate is faster, the thermal decomposition temperature is lower, the heating rate has little effect on the thermal decomposition temperature, the polymer has been completely decomposed at 600 ℃. The pyrolytic reactions of the polymers in N2 and air were first-order reactions, and their thermal decomposition activation energies were 2 1 3.58kJ / mol and 2 38.6 7kJ / mol, respectively. The 6 0s lifetimes were 6 2 4 ℃ and 473 ℃.
