为检验北京HI-13串列加速器单粒子效应(SEE)实验能力与数据测量的可靠性,利用束流参数校核系统——欧空局单粒子监督器进行了单粒子效应校核实验。实验使用C、F、Cl、Cu 4种离子辐照单粒子监督器,通过改变入射角度获得了有效LET值在1.8~67.4 MeV·cm~2·mg~(-1)之间的单粒子翻转(SEU)截面数据。实验结果与比利时HIF、芬兰RADEF装置上测得的截面数据一致性较好,证实了北京HI-13串列加速器单粒子效应实验束流参数测量的准确性及截面数据测试的可靠性。
To test the single-particle effect (SEE) experiment capability and data reliability of Beijing HI-13 Tandem Accelerator (SEI), a single-particle effect checkout experiment was carried out using the beam parameter checkout system - ESA single-particle monitor. Experiments were performed on a single-particle monitor using C, F, Cl and Cu ions. Single-particle inversion with an effective LET of 1.8 ~ 67.4 MeV · cm ~ 2 · mg -1 was obtained by changing the incident angle. (SEU) section data. The experimental results are in good agreement with the cross-section data measured by the HIF of Belgium and the RADEF device of Finland, which confirms the accuracy of the beam parameter measurement and the reliability of the cross-section data of the single-particle effect experiment in Beijing HI-13 tandem accelerator.
