2015年4月24日第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会审议通过了新修订的《食品安全法》(以下简称“新《食品安全法》”),该法从2015年10月1日起实施。新《食品安全法》可谓史上最严的《食品安全法》,它拥有最严谨的标准、最严格的监督、最严厉的处罚、最严肃的问责……~([1])虽然新《食品安全法》已实施两年,但部分食品生产经营者对该法的一些规定并不是特别明晰。本文从多个角度对新《食品安全法》的亮点做了解读,希望通过对本文的阅读食品生产经营者和食品监管部门可以更好地理解、贯彻并落实该法的相关条款。
