柏天龙,旺多家具商场的开创者,河北旺多牧业有限公司的改造者。2004年他被推荐为临西县政协委员,2007年当选为临西县政协常委,2008年被推荐为邢台市政协委员,同年被授予汶川抗震救灾先进荣誉称号,2009年当选为临西县工商联副主席,2010年获河北省致富能手荣誉称号,201 1年当选为邢台市工商联总商会副会长。
