一个急性髓系白血病高发家系的11名血缘亲属、4名非血缘亲属和10名正常对照进行外周血淋巴细胞的细胞周期时间(Tc),姐妹染色单体交换率(SCE)、银染核仁形成区(AgNOR)和银染近端着丝粒染色体的随体联合(Ag-AA)等检查,发现至少2名血缘亲属Tc延长、SCE和AgNOR异常,可能是白血病高危个体,正在进一步随访中。
