1前言自1997年至今,国内已建成及在建的高掺量(质量比≥50%)粉煤灰烧结多孔砖生产线达20多条,投资4～5亿元.然而,近几年建成并投产的一些规模较大尤其是采用一次码烧工艺的生产线,面临的形势却不容乐观,主要表现在坯体成型困难、废品率高以及生产成本过高等.
