我院2年来收治重型肺性脑病3例,经综合治疗佐以大剂量东莨菪硷治疗取得良好效果。病例摘要例1,男,53岁。咳嗽10年,气喘7年,1周来病情加重入院。体检:血压130/90mmHg。嗜睡、呼吸急促、明显紫绀,眼结合膜水肿,颈静脉怒张。桶状胸,双肺闻及干湿性罗音。肝肋下4cm可扪及。双下肢浮肿。化验:血红蛋白15g％,白细胞5400/mm~3,中性74％。血CO_2结合力78vol％,血尿素氮、钾、钠、氯化物正常。心电图:电轴右偏,肺型P波,
Three cases of severe pulmonary encephalopathy were admitted to our hospital in 2 years. The comprehensive treatment was accompanied by high-dose scopolamine treatment and achieved good results. Case summary 1, male, 53 years old. Cough for 10 years, asthma for 7 years, 1 week to aggravate hospitalization. Physical examination: blood pressure 130 / 90mmHg.
