“强化”式教学与管理在幼儿教育中的运用与研究

“强化”是教师在课堂与教学管理中经常使用的一种方法。大量的研究表明,尽管教师在平时的教育教学中频繁地使用各种各样的“强化”方式,但是在使用的“效果”方面却存在不少问题,以至于幼儿的某种行为因不适宜的“强化”而受到负面影响。因此,作为教师有必要准确地了解有哪些具体的“强化”方式、怎样适时适宜地进行“强化”“强化”幼儿的什么行为等,以便更好地培养和保持幼儿的某种良好行为。结合实际运用经验,提出了在幼儿教育中运用“强化”式教学与管理应注意的几个问题。 “Strengthening” is a method teachers often use in classroom and teaching management.
