根据镐形截齿截割煤岩工况,利用ABAQUS软件的动力学显式有限元方法对镐形截齿的动态截割煤岩过程进行了数值模拟。动态模拟分析了镐形截齿在截割煤岩过程中的应力分布、三向力、煤岩应力场及其断裂路径等。模拟结果表明镐形截齿的应力及三向力突变主要与块状煤岩的脆性崩裂有关,截割面的块状煤岩崩裂路径与水平面夹角近似30°,与截割方向垂直平面的煤岩破裂路径呈抛物线形。
According to the condition of coal and rock cutting by pick, the dynamic coal-rock process of pick was simulated by using the explicit dynamic finite element method of ABAQUS software. The stress distribution, three-direction force, coal-rock stress field and fracture path of the pick in the process of cutting coal and rock are dynamically simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the stress and the three-way sudden change of the pick are mainly related to the brittle fracture of massive coal and rock. The angle between the fracture path of the massive coal and rock in the cutting surface and the horizontal plane is approximately 30 °. The vertical plane to the cutting direction Coal rock rupture path is parabolic.
