硫氰酸锌镉(ZnCd(SCN)4),简称ZCTC,是自行研发的一种蓝紫光倍频晶体。通过恒温蒸发溶液来生长ZCTC晶体,测量了KSCN和ZCTC溶液的透过率曲线,发现SCN-基团是影响ZCTC晶体紫外截止波长的主要因素。研究还发现ZCTC晶体(100)面的透过率要高于(001)面,通过化学镀膜可以减少晶体表面反射损耗。ZCTC晶体经180oC,24h烘烤后,在300-800nm之间透过率明显下降。
Zinc thiocyanate cadmium (ZnCd (SCN) 4), referred to as ZCTC, is a blue-violet multiplier crystal developed by itself. ZCTC crystals were grown by evaporating the solution at constant temperature and the transmittance curves of KSCN and ZCTC solutions were measured. It was found that the SCN- groups are the main factors affecting the UV cutoff wavelength of ZCTC crystals. The study also found that the transmission of the (100) plane of the ZCTC crystal is higher than that of the (001) plane, and the surface reflection loss of the crystal can be reduced by the chemical plating. ZCTC crystal after 180oC, 24h baking, the transmittance between 300-800nm decreased significantly.
