工艺矿物学研究结果表明,在马列耶夫斯克变质多金属矿石中有磁性黄铜矿变种存在。矿石预先磁选可将它们分离到磁性产品中,然后用硫酸浸出磁性产品,得到置换铜和锌精矿。非磁性产品用标准的浮选法处理,得到锌精矿、铅精矿和铜精矿。这种联合工艺流程可有效地处理变质铜锌矿石,使同名商品精矿的锌、铅和铜回收率分别提高5·54%、1·55%和12·85。
Technological mineralogical studies have shown that there are magnetic chalcopyrite variants in the metamorphic polymetallic ores of the Mareyevsk. Ore pre-magnetic separation can be separated into magnetic products, and then leaching magnetic products with sulfuric acid, to obtain replacement of copper and zinc concentrate. Non-magnetic products using standard flotation method to get zinc concentrate, lead concentrate and copper concentrate. This combined process effectively treats metamorphic copper-zinc ores and increases the zinc, lead and copper recoveries of the same name product concentrate by 5.54%, 1.55% and 12.85, respectively.
