由电子科技大学微波中心主任、第二届国家超导专家委员会委员张其劭教授领导的课题组,采用北京大学制作的准分子激光淀积外延YBCD薄膜,成功地研制出“高临界温度(以下称高Tc)超导薄膜带状线谐振器”,在液氮温区,其主要技术指标达到:谐振频率8.6GHz;无载品质因数大于7000,最高8400。经多次反复测试证明,重复性好。已于1991年9月13日通过专家技术鉴定,确认这一研究成果为国内领先,接近当前国外同类器件的先进水平。
By the University of Electronic Science and Technology, director of the microwave center, the second session of the National Superconductivity Committee of Experts Professor Zhang Qilian group led by the Peking University produced by the excimer laser deposition epitaxial YBCD film successfully developed a “high temperature (hereinafter referred to as high Tc) superconducting thin film stripline resonator ”in the liquid nitrogen temperature, the main technical indicators to achieve: resonant frequency of 8.6GHz; no-load quality factor greater than 7000, the highest 8400. Repeated tests proved that repeated good. On September 13, 1991, it passed the expert technical appraisal and confirmed that this research result is the leading in China and close to the advanced level of similar foreign devices at present.
