教古代汉语就要谈活用,谈活用就要讲使动。讲使动时,学生常提出一个问题:“老师,什么是不及物动词?”应该说,只要把使动讲作活用,这便是个无法回答的问题。这是因为,可以构成使动是不及物动词的基本功能,而不是活用。当把不及物动词构成使动归入活用时,便会导致两个不利于教学的结果。首先,这种讲法实际上取消了不及物动词的这个基本功能,于是,从功能上再也无法区分不及物动词和及物动词。这样一来,动词乃至于其他词类中的许多问题也很难解决。所以“什么是不及物动词”便成为不可解答的问题。其次,古代汉语中确实
To teach ancient Chinese should talk about utilization, talk about the use of it should be said to make move.
