选取第二代参加Framingham心脏病研究的106个白人中产家庭,每个家庭只选取1名符合条件的儿童(1987年时为3～5岁),分别组成均有106人的父亲组,母亲组和儿童组的研究人群。对每一个参加者一年内每3个月作一次为期3d的膳食记录以获得营养素摄入季节变化的资料。但儿童与父母的膳食记录日相差1周。所有资料采用临床计算中心的Food Finder
A total of 106 second-generation middle-class families participating in the Framingham Heart Disease Study were enrolled in the study. Only one qualified child (3-5 years old in 1987) was selected for each family to form a father group with 106 children and a mothers group And children’s study population. For each participant, a 3-d meal record was taken every 3 months for a year to obtain seasonal changes in nutrient intake. However, there is a difference of 1 week between meal and record dates for children and parents. All data is from Food Finder in the Clinical Computing Center
