价值工程引进我国刚刚五年(注),不少企业应用后已取得若干成绩,好几个院校已经培养出价值工程的研究生,这是可喜的。但是从国家“提高经济效益”的总要求的角度来说,价值工程在我国还远远没有起到它应有的作用。如果我们各行各业都学习并应用价值工程,使产品的成本、建设项目的投资费用,如美国、日本、西德等国家那样降低10—30％,那么我国不但可以消灭赤字,而且可以加速国家建设。
